HTF - SPM

HTF-SPM: This is Human Tubal Fluid media with HEPES buffer(21mM), Human Serum Albumin (0.5%)  and antibiotics. This modified HTF provides optimum pH maintenance over the physiological range (7.2     to 7.4) without the need for CO2 incubator. Therefore, it is widely used for washing and short-term     incubation where a CO2 incubator is not available.

 

 

 

HAM F-10 SPM

HAM F-10 SPM: This is a modification of basic HAM F-10 with HEPES (21mM), Human Serum Albumin (0.5%) ,pentoxyphiline (3mM) and antibiotics. The addition of the HEPES buffer maintains the pH over the physiological range (7.2 to 7.4) dispensing with the need of a CO2 incubator for short-term incubation.
